Nokia changes the structure of the organization

Since July 1, 2010 in Nokia will have a new organizational structure. The company announced that a single mobile unit will be divided into three - Mobile Solutions, Mobile Phones and Markets. This will speed up the creation of products and software development. 
Mobile Solutions will focus on smartphones and mobile computers. The devices will be established based on Symbian and MeeGo. The unit will focus Services. 

Updated Mobile Phones unit will mobile phones at Series 40. It will work closely with the Services on the services Ovi Life Tools, Ovi Mail, Ovi Store, Nokia Money. 
Work on the markets, sales, marketing, supply chains will be in the Markets. 

Head of Mobile Solutions delivered Anssi Vanjoki (Anssi Vanjoki), Mobile Phones will maintain Mary McDowell (Mary McDowell), a leader Markets appointed Niklas Savander (Niklas Savander). The current head of Mobile Phones, Rick Simonson (Rick Simonson) leaves the division and the executive committee on June 30, but will remain on the Board of Directors of Nokia Siemens Networks.
