HTC expects record profits thanks to Android

Taiwanese company HTC releases planned indicators of the second quarter. According to the forecast the company's specialists, in this quarter will be shipped about 4.5 million mobile devices, which is 36% more than was delivered in the first quarter. In case of success, in the first half of the Taiwanese company will ship 7.8 million handsets, up 40% more than the previous figure. 

Economic indicators are inextricably linked with the production, so in the financial sector HTC also expects record results - at least $ 1.59 billion of revenue in the second quarter. 
Recall that in the first quarter the company received proceeds from sales of $ 1.2 billion, which is 19,3% more than in the corresponding period last year and earned $ 158.7 million net profit. 
The successful operation of its Taiwanese financial director Hugh Cheng-ming (Cheng Hui-ming) explains the growth in the first place, the rise in popularity in Europe and the United States operating system Android, under which the work flagship smartphones HTC Desire, HTC Legend and HTC Incredible.
