I-Mate JAQ is the communicator with support of GSM (850/900/1800/1900 MHz), GPRS and EDGE and is realized in the bar form. The device works under the control of operational system Windows Mobile 5.0 and has 64 Mb of RAM and 128 Mb of ROM. The touch display of communicator has the resolution of 240x320 pixels, possesses a slot for memory sticks of microSD format. The device is also equipped by the processor TI OMAP 850 with frequency of 200 Mhz, the support of Bluetooth, IrDA and USB.
