I-mate JAQ4 is the communicator supporting GSM (850/900/1800/1900 Mhz), GPRS and EDGE and is developed in a candy bar form. The device works under the control of the operational system Windows Mobile 6.0 and has 64 Mb of RAM and 128 Mb of ROM. The touch display of communicator has the resolution of 240x320 pixels, 2 MP camera with a self-focusing and the possibility of video recording, slot for memory sticks of miniSD format. The device also possesses the processor TI OMAP 850 with frequency of 200 MHz, support of Bluetooth, Wi-Fi and USB.
