Toshiba has jointly with the Japanese mobile operator au KDDI officially announced a powerful and functional smartphone Toshiba IS02.
NEW performed in a horizontal form factor and QWERTY-slider is designed to work in networks of standard CDMA. Toshiba IS02 is based on Snapdragon processor with a clock speed of 1GHz and running the operating system, Windows Mobile 6.5.3, which is supplemented UI NX! UI.
The device has the following specifications: 4.1-inch touchscreen AMOLED-display with a resolution of 480x800 pixels, 3.2 megapixel camera with auto focus, 384 MB RAM, 512 MB ROM, Wi-Fi enabled and Bluetooth, GPS-receiver, digital compass , accelerometer, card slot format microSD.
Smartphone Toshiba IS02 will appear on sale in late June. Its cost is not yet known.
