Russian mobile operator MTS has prepared for its subscribers the federal proposal, which includes low-cost mobile phone MTS Basic 140 and a package of bonus minutes.
Mobile phone Basic MTS 140 is made in the form factor monoblock, with a very simple appearance, typical of low-cost models. With regard to its technical characteristics, they are fully consistent with the price the phone and, perhaps, the most advanced is the existence of a flashlight and FM-radio.
