Many manufacturers of smart phones / laptops / phones are in partnership with car manufacturers (think Acer and Ferarri and others), RIM is no exception and the "friends" with Porsche. Recently been submitted to the exclusive smartphone from RIM and Porsche Design under the name Knight 9980, which is markedly different from the usual "Blackberry" devices.
It has already leaked pictures and video of the smartphone, but overcame many doubt that this is indeed the product RIM, rather than the Chinese fake , so it is not typical for the BlackBerry smartphone. Recently the company sent out invitations to RIM and its partners to journalists at the event to be held in Dubai on 27 October and which will be officially announced BlackBerry Knight 9980.
List of specifications, the smartphone is currently unknown. Rumor has it that instead of BlackBerry OS 7 on a smartphone can be installed a new operating system QNX, which has already been tested on a Tablet PC BlackBerry PlayBook.
