Russian company Explay announced an interesting touch phone called Explay T280. Novelty is equipped with 2.8-inch touch screen, built-in analog TV reception, and supports simultaneous operation with three SIM-cards.
Explay T280 phone is made in the form factor monoblock, under the display are three touch-sensitive keys for quick access to your phone, and the display of a logo of the manufacturer and model of the device. Technical specs are at an early level, which is justified by its low price.
