Sony Ericsson unveils the brand new Xperia X1

One of the leading manufacturers of mobile devices, Sony Ericsson keeps a steady pace regarding the development of new handsets. The latest novelty revealed by the company is the new Xperia X1 smartphone. The mobile phone is based on Windows Mobile and it features the new XPERIA panel interface which is a new vision of the interactive level that a touch-screen device must provide. The phone boasts a large 3” VGA display and underneath it a full QWERTY keyboard. The handset supports 3G and WiFi networks and GPS. Other characteristics include a large 400MB storage, a memory card slot and a 3.2MP camera. Xperia X1 will be available in the third quarter 2008 with two colors to choose from: Solid Black and Steel Silver. As the handset marks the launch of the Xperia brand, then we expect further pleasant and powerful surprises coming soon.
